Returns & Refund Policy

At DCODE Perfumes, all sales are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dcodeperfumes.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.


No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

This policy helps us maintain product quality and hygiene standards.


Payment Failures & Refunds

If your payment was:

  • Debited but order not confirmed

  • Failed due to technical or gateway issues

The amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
